Rebekah Hartford is a board certified AGACNP (Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner). She obtained her master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Rebekah began her career in medicine as an RN. After 10 years in a variety of acute care settings, she decided to further her education as a provider. She firmly believes in a patient centered approach; working with the patients and their families to reach optimal outcomes.

In her spare time, she enjoys being a mother, travelling with her family, and hiking and fishing.
